Terms & Conditions — 989a

The following terms, when used in this agreement, shall carry the meanings assigned below. Where the context so requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the 989a Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. 989a does not permit the use of its services by individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering solely for your own personal entertainment use.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 989a or any of its associated entities, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or similar restriction that would prohibit you from gambling online.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair judgment.

Each individual is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 989a Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP for Indonesian residents).
• A valid, personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A mobile telephone number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are at least 21 years of age.
• Your bank account details for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, or Bank Permata.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any security questions. 989a will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorized access.

All financial transactions on the 989a Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency at this time.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel.
• Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant banking institution. 989a accepts no liability for delays caused by the banking system itself.
• You must deposit funds only from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Accepted deposit channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be transferred to a bank account registered in the same name as the 989a account. Requests to third-party bank accounts will be declined.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed on a priority basis.
• 989a aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during standard banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Processing times during Indonesian public holidays may be extended.
• 989a reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to seventy-two (72) hours.
• Any withdrawal request that is found to involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct will be declined, and the account will be permanently suspended.

989a offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available exclusively to Members who have successfully completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one (1) claim per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to your account. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be forfeited after this period.
• 989a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered by Members in good faith.
• Any Member found to be exploiting bonus structures through arbitrage, collusion, or any form of bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds confiscated and their account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Members or exchanged for cash except through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

989a provides access to a broad range of gaming products including sports betting, live dealer casino tables, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). All gaming activity on the Platform is governed by the following conditions:

• All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. 989a cannot reverse, cancel, or amend confirmed bets under normal circumstances.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that causes an incorrect result or payout to be displayed, 989a reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Member's account.
• Sports betting odds — including markets for bandar bola (football bookmaking) and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are set and updated by 989a's trading team. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the event commencing. Bets accepted at a specific price are honored at that price regardless of subsequent market movements, unless the wager qualifies for void under clause 6.3.
• For live in-play betting, 989a reserves the right to suspend markets at any time. Any bets submitted during a period of suspended markets will be rejected and not recorded.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology for casino and slot products. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain game types or promotional periods. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game or promotion terms.
• 989a does not accept liability for any losses resulting from a Member's decision to wager based on information obtained from external third-party tipster services, prediction platforms, or unofficial channels.

The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 989a Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, forged, or unauthorized payment methods; providing false identity documents during KYC; or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle to conceal, layer, or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming, including but not limited to matched betting at the Platform's expense.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your 989a account, or operating an account on behalf of another individual.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Underage Access: Registering an account or facilitating access for any individual under 21 years of age.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.

All content on the 989a Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design elements, software architecture, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 989a or its duly licensed content partners.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• No portion of the Platform's content may be reproduced, republished, distributed, reverse engineered, scraped, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 989a.
• Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 989a under valid licensing agreements.
• Any unauthorized use of 989a's intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

989a takes the protection of your personal data seriously. The collection, storage, processing, and use of all Member data is governed by our dedicated Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

• By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• 989a employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized interception.
• 989a will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated service providers (such as KYC verification partners and payment processors) strictly on a need-to-know basis.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting support at [email protected].

989a is firmly committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should always remain a form of entertainment and never a source of financial distress or personal harm.

• Members may set personal deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time limits directly from within their account settings at any time.
• Members who require a temporary break from gaming may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Members who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period, regardless of the Member's subsequent requests.
• 989a participates in responsible gambling programs and may proactively restrict or close accounts where internal monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behavior.
• If you are concerned about your gambling habits, or those of someone close to you, we encourage you to review our dedicated Responsible Gaming page and to seek support from recognized counseling organizations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 989a's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Member into their account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 989a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• 989a does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access.
• 989a shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, acts of government, civil unrest, or third-party service disruptions.
• Members access and use the Platform at their own risk. It is each Member's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Either party may terminate a Member's account in accordance with the following provisions:

• Voluntary Closure: A Member in good standing may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any genuine funds remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified bank account within a reasonable period.
• Closure by 989a: 989a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where a Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, where suspicious activity has been detected, or where continued operation of the account would expose 989a to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, the Member's license to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Any pending bets placed before the closure decision will be settled in accordance with normal procedures. Bonus Funds are forfeit upon closure, regardless of the reason.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating with an international license.

• 989a operates under an internationally issued gaming license and complies with the standards and requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.
• Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by country and that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
• Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 989a's internal complaints procedure may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by the Platform's licensing authority.
• Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory consumer rights where those rights cannot be excluded by contract under applicable law.

989a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 989a will endeavor to notify registered Members via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

• Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date clearly displayed at the top of the document.
• If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.
